Automatic Fire Alarm Activation

At 2:52 p.m., the Crisfield Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the 20 block of Somers Cove for an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential apartment complex.

Before departing the station, the department was notified by the Crisfield Police Department, who arrived on scene and determined the alarm was false. As a result, the fire department response was canceled.
