Outside Fire

Units responded to a reported outside fire to assist Station 3 and Station 9. Brush 2 responded with line officer 254 and three firefighters, while Tanker 2 responded with line officer 259 and one firefighter. Marion line officer 351 arrived on scene and established command.

Upon investigation, the incident was found to be a controlled burn. All responding units except those from Station 3 were advised to cancel their response. Brush 2 and Tanker 2 cleared the scene and returned to service.
