Sportsman Bash Tickets

We are pleased to announce strong success in both sponsorships and ticket sales for the upcoming event. Ticket availability is now limited, and online sales will continue for the time being. This may change soon as we approach a sellout. We appreciate everyone who has purchased tickets and sponsored this event. The sportsman bash continues to grow each year, thanks to the outstanding support from the community.

The menu has been finalized and promises to be a highlight of the day. Multiple dozens of local Chesapeake Bay soft crabs and oysters have been secured for attendees to enjoy.

Sysco has provided a generous donation, ensuring a variety of food options. Offerings will include pulled pork, hot dogs, hamburgers, clam strips, baked beans, and coleslaw.

Pepsi Bottling has also contributed generously, providing soft drinks and water.

Carey Distributors will supply a wide selection of adult beverages.

Hitesh Patel has donated items for the cash bar and will offer fresh-squeezed orange juice for guests who enjoy orange crushes.

The list of supporters is extensive, and most event details have been carefully planned to make this a day few will want to miss.

We anticipate a successful event on October 17 and invite everyone to feel welcome and at home.
