2026 Annual Sportsman Bash
The Crisfield Volunteer Fire Department is inviting local businesses and community partners to partake in supporting our Annual Sportsman Bash while also promoting your business during this event on October 17th, 2026.
This year will be geared towards raising funds for essential items such as turnout gears and a new fire apparatus purchase. As a 501©3 nonprofit organization, we urgently lean on the support from local businesses to make these projects a possibility. It is our desire to continue to serve our community as well as our neighbor, as emergencies arise!
Your much-needed sponsorship and/or donation will help to offset the cost of prizes, food, beverages and other event expenses. Sponsorship opportunities include the following levels:
1) Lieutenant: A $250 donation- includes 2 event tickets, 1 T-Shirt, and 1 Lieutenant level sponsorship gun raffle ticket.
2) Captain: A $500 donation- includes 5 event tickets, 1 T-shirt, and 1 Captain level sponsorship gun raffle ticket.
3) Chief: A $1,000 donation- includes 10 event tickets, 1 T-shirt and 1 Chief level sponsorship gun raffle ticket.
4) Title Sponsor: A $1,500 (plus) donation- includes 15 event tickets, 2 T-shirts, and 1 Title level sponsorship gun raffle ticket.
On the day of the event your name will be displayed on sponsorship boards inside the station for attendees to see. We will include a link to your website on our fire department’s webpage to generate additional advertising for your business/organization. Additionally, our Fire Department is a 501©3 nonprofit organization making this a 100% tax write off!
